Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria.Key Responsibilities:Site Operations Management Oversee daily site activities across arable, irrigation, workshops, housing, and logistics. Ensure infrastructure, utilities, and facilities are operational and maintained. Coordinate civil works, construction, and groundworks where required. Implement site security, access control, and safety procedures.People & Team Coordination Supervise site supervisors, technicians, and labour teams. Allocate daily work plans and monitor progress against targets. Provide training, guidance, and enforcement of company SOPs. Ensure staff welfare, housing, and site discipline are maintained.Resource & Asset Management Oversee farm machinery, vehicles, and workshop operations on site. Ensure fuel, spare parts, and material usage is controlled and recorded. Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely supply of resources. Monitor site utilities (power, water, waste) to ensure efficiency.Planning & Reporting Develop weekly and monthly work schedules in coordination with senior managers. Record site activities, incidents, and resource use. Provide progress reports, site updates, and issue escalations to management. Track KPIs relating to efficiency, safety, and operational performance.Health, Safety & Compliance Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Ensure all staff follow PPE, machinery operation, and site safety protocols. Support certification and regulatory compliance for site operations.Manual Labour & General Farm UpkeepClear stones, rocks, and debris from fields to protect machinery and improve crop growth.Assist with painting, cleaning, and maintenance of farm buildings, equipment, and structures.Contribute to general farm upkeep to sustain cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards across the worksite. Support seasonal or ad-hoc manual tasks as directed by the Supervisor. Qualifications & Experience: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Engineering, Construction, or related field. 7–10 years’ experience in site or operations management, preferably in large-scale agriculture, construction, or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of farm operations, infrastructure, and equipment management. Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Experience in remote or challenging environments (advantage). Strong reporting, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Key Competencies: Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Practical problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and reporting ability. Commitment to safety, efficiency, and accountability.
