Major Accountabilities
 :
Establish an HSE management system.
Execute HSE activities in accordance with objectives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Adhere to local regulations and coordinate relations with local authorities.
Perform and monitor risk assessments.
Ensure the availability of human and material resources necessary for implementing HSE programs.
Participate in internal HSE audits, following action plans related to findings.
Provide continuous HSE training to staff, including general and task-specific rules, as well as workplace safety.
Prepare, approve, and update HSE procedures and instructions.
Ensure the proper functioning of the site's medical service.
Evaluate HSE performance on-site.
Provide technical support to meet quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
Education :
• Education : University graduate
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 3 years
• Experience in HSE management (Health, Safety, Environment).
Languages:
• English and French (written expression).
Competencies:
• Knowledge, skills, experience, and training in conducting HSE activities.
• Effective and close communication with all personnel.
• Willingness and ability to work in a team.
• Being a trustworthy and responsible individual.
• Quick and accurate decision-making, planned work, and training skills.
• Initiating change, taking risks, process and operational creativity, and continuous learning.
• Good understanding of the company's operation: organizational structure, professions to understand the various levers of HSE policy.
