Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria.Main Responsibilities : Coordinate closely with the Procurement team to follow up on all issued Purchase Orders (POs) related to import shipments.Ensure timely receipt, verification, and follow-up of all shipping and customs documentation.Liaise with customs authorities, customs brokers, and subcontrators to ensure smooth clearance operations.Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customs clearance activities, shipment status,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs and logistics documentation.Ensure effective communication between logistics and procurement, Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics operations.Experience in construction projects is mandatory.Professional certification in Logistics or Customs Clearance is an advantage.Key Skills & Competencies : Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import regulations.Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.Strong reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to analyze data and present clear accurate reports.Experience working in projects (Construction)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Good communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.
