Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria. currently seeking an experienced   Procurement Coordinator  Key Responsibilities: Launch and manage requests for quotation (RFQ) and tender processes in compliance with internal procurement policies.Analyze offers, evaluate suppliers, and contribute to supplier selection based on price, quality, and lead time.Ensure full adherence to procurement procedures and internal controls throughout the process.Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using SAP.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate needs and confirm technical/commercial specifications.Follow up on order delivery, manage discrepancies, and ensure smooth reception of goods/services.Collect and verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate payment processing in collaboration with the finance department.Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows and SAP utilization.Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain. Proven experience in SAP (MM module preferred): creating PRs, POs, and tracking deliveries. Strong knowledge of procurement and tendering procedures. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Good command of English and French (written and spoken).
