We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Research & Development Technician who will support formulation development, testing, and optimization activities to ensure high-quality products that meet technical and regulatory requirements within defined timelines. Your Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, development, and testing of formulations according to project requirements and timelines. Conduct laboratory experiments, record data accurately, and ensure reproducibility of results. Support scale-up activities from lab to pilot or production scale under supervision of R&D formulators. Participate in the evaluation of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare samples for analytical testing, stability studies, and regulatory submissions. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Production to support technology transfer and troubleshooting. Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation related to formulation trials and test results. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or a related scientific field. Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in an R&D or pharmaceutical laboratory environment (internship experience accepted). Languages: Good  written, read and spoken  skills in Arabic, English, and French. Professional Knowledge: Basic understanding of formulation processes for pharmaceutical or cosmetic products. Familiarity with laboratory techniques and analytical tools. Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and safety standards. Understanding of documentation practices and quality systems. Awareness of ICH and regulatory guidelines is a plus. Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Responsible, proactive, and capable of following standard operating procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
