Description
Managing and overseeing offices services (Cleaning, maintenance, security, Fleet, mail & courier, vending consumables, benefits distribution, coolers replenishment)
Reporting activity report to regional FM lead in full respect of KPIs in place
responding to local associates daily requests
Supporting actively the local business requirements with all stakeholders.
Act as the SPOC for all facilities related matters in full collaboration with regional FM organization.

Cleaning Agency
2 drivers
Products - from bottlers, managing coolers
Employee product allowances - monthly
Office Maintenance with Building Management
Fleet Management of Employees
Vendor Files for Facilities
Admin:
upto 10 team members + visitors visas, hotel and travel management with travel agency
Managing Visitors / Meetings with Bottlers - snacks / lunch arrangements
Meeting & Agenda Management for Visitors
PO Creation for OPEX Office Related Items - including new office PO Creation
Market Visit Arrangements Visitors
New Office Move Project Coordinator
